Auto Service Code of Ethics
Here are the 10 auto
service & repair code of ethics all of our auto service advertisers must
agree to before becoming a client. It is part of their terms and
conditions and client agreement.

Offer the customer
a price estimate for all auto service work that is going to be
performed and to get their agreement to complete those services
before completing and invoicing their customer for work is to be
completed.

Perform the highest
quality repair service at a most fair and just price to all
customers.

Use only proven
auto related products of highest quality that are manufactured and
distributed by reputable companies.

Employ the most
qualified and experienced skilled auto service technicians
obtainable.

Furnish an itemized
invoice that clearly identifies all work performed.

Recommend
corrective and maintenance auto services as such. That means
explaining to the customer which auto services are required to
correct an existing problems and which auto services are being
recommended for preventive maintenance.

Provide copies of
any warranties covering any auto parts or services provided for
their customers.

Notify the customer
if auto service work completion promises cannot be kept beforehand.

Maintain a system
for fair settlement of customer's complaints regarding auto services
performed.

Cooperate with
established consumer complaint mediation activities.
If you have
any complaints with any of our advertisers, please send us an email as
we may try to assist you with your efforts of rectifying any auto
service issues between you and your auto service provider. Though
we cannot provide any legal consultation or any legal mediating, we can
revoke their advertising without providing them with any refunds.
We do not
want any auto service providers advertising with us that cannot or will
not agree and to these auto service code of ethics.
